Aimee is an RICS Registered Valuer with over 10 years’ experience in the property market, across valuation, advisory and acquisitions roles. She has advised institutional investors, fund managers and international banks on residential investment portfolios and Build to Rent schemes, and has valued everything from development sites and prime Central London homes to individual houses. Her career includes senior valuation roles at CBRE, Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield, alongside client-side experience with a national Build to Rent developer. At Olive & Co, Aimee brings that institutional standard to every instruction: rigorous analysis, robust market evidence and clear, considered advice.
